Cancelling an Order

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before they have shipped.
• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return under our Returns Policy.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at frankleyteam@gmail.com with your order details. If your order has not yet shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Updates
