Refund Policy
We want you to love your Frankley products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Returns are not available for custom or personalized items, unless there is a fault with the product.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact frankleyteam@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
