Refund Policy

We want you to love your Frankley products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • Returns are not available for custom or personalized items, unless there is a fault with the product.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact frankleyteam@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
